Indian Hair Store Inc. asks you to please read the following information carefully before making any purchases. It contains important details and information regarding your rights, responsibilities and restrictions, which may apply to you.
Terms of Payment:
Terms of payment for Indian Hair Store Inc. are 100% upfront. We do not offer any credit, down payment, or financing on any of our products. We accept all major credit cards and COD’s (Cashier’s check only). For COD’s please call us at (800) 595 0477. All orders for COD’s are placed over the telephone only. We process all Online order transactions through PayPal only. Credit cards are charged upon order placement.
Indian Hair Store Inc.’s business hours are From Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 5:00 pm PFT. Orders received before 3:00 pm are processed and shipped the same day they are received. Orders, which are placed over the weekend, will be shipped out on Monday morning unless it is a holiday.
If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, you will be contacted immediately in regards to receiving a replacement. If a replacement is not acceptable you have the right to terminate the sale and we will refund the amount charged to you.
It is prudent to order your purchase in advance to allow for unanticipated delays with shipping. Indian Hair Store Inc. is not liable for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Government holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We assign FedEx to deliver your package on time. We also provide a tracking number for your convenience, which can be viewed online via http://www.FedEx.com. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges. Failed/Cancelled Deliveries, Refused/Lost Shipment(s), Incorrect Shipping Address:
All orders will be shipped via FedEx to the address, which is provided. It is important that we are provided with accurate and complete information regarding your shipping address and shipping method.
Once the order is placed and shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number, which will be sent to your email address if provided. If you do not receive a tracking number, please do not hesitate to call or email us so we can provide one for you. The tracking number is provided for your convenience to follow your package in transit. If any incomplete information is given, FedEx will charge a service fee for address corrections, which then would be charged towards you. For any shipments returned to us due to a bad address, refusal upon delivery or cancellation of an order after 24 hour of placing it, a 20% cancellation fee will be charged. We do not refund any abandoned or refused shipments.
General Product Polices.
At Indian Hair Store Inc. We are committed to customer satisfaction. Each and every bundle of hair is inspected and prepared under professional supervision in our factory in India. After thorough cleaning and inspection, the hair gets sent to our distribution and warehouse centers across the country. There the hair receives a second round of inspection before getting shipped out to our customers. All of our hair goes through a meticulous process to ensure that you are receiving the best quality product possible.
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
At Indian Hair Store Inc. we make sure that all of your expectations are met.
We make every effort to make your order as accurate as possible. Some factors which should be considered while purchasing our products is that we specialize in 100% virgin, unprocessed, Indian Remy human hair. Our hair comes from different donors. This is why we cannot guarantee hair color or texture 100% of the time. We are not responsible for the changes or alterations done to the hair once it has left our warehouse including chemically processing, cutting, coloring, or texturizing the hair. Our natural hair comes in a straight, wavy, and curly pattern. Our wavy and straight hair comes only in shades Natural 1B and 2. Our curly hair comes only in the shade 1B but sometimes it is available in 2 upon request. Please keep in mind; refunds and/or exchanges will not be issued for dissatisfaction with the color or texture of the hair.
Exchange and Return Policy:

Limitation of Liability:
Indian Hair Store Inc. reserves the right to make changes and adjust prices, policies, and procedures. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Please check this page periodically for updates and changes. Indian Hair Store Inc. does not accept liability beyond the remedies set forth herein, including any liability for products not being available for, or the provision of services and support. Indian Hair Store Inc. will not be liable for consequential special, indirect or severe damages even if advised of the possibility of such damages in regards to any third party except which is provided herein. Indian Hair Store Inc. is not liable or responsible for any amount of damage above the aggregate dollar amount paid by the customer for the purchase of product(s) under this agreement.
