3 Types Of Hair Oils For Dry And Coarse Hair
Not conditioners, I will suggest you some oils that are great food for your dry, coarse hair. Just feed your hair and scalp with these oils, nourish them with the goodness of vitamins and fats that these oils are composed of, and watch them do wonders to your hair.
1. Wheat Germ Oil
Wheat Germ Oil contains quantities of ceramides. Ceramide is a naturally occurring lipid which exists inside the hair cuticle. Application of wheat germ oil to coarse hair on a regular basis repairs and restores health of the hair cuticles, which will make your hair soft.
2. Fish Oil
Fish oils are a rich source of Omega 3 fatty acids which are well-known for their hair and health benefits. According to the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, dry and damaged hair, dry skin and brittle nails can all be signs of low levels of Omega-3 fatty acids (source: My Vitamins). Fish oils are an essential diet for hair follicles. Fish oil also treats brittle nails’ and flaky skin problems.
3.Argan Oil
Argan oil is an expensive choice for hair oils due to its not-so abundantly available components, but it contains lots of vitamin E, Omega 3 and 9 fatty acids, and antioxidants, all of which work wonders on coarse or otherwise unmanageable hair.
